Purchase Policies

Samples can be tried on in store but if you would like to purchase eleswhere then a charge will be applied.
No refund or Exchange on orders (bridesmaids and Special)
Regular 50% deposit of full cost
Balance upon arrival of order
Rush or Super Rush 100% due upon ordering
Layaway 50% due , and balance no less than 1 month
Deposit forfeited after 1 month.

Internet Purchase

Regular Orders 50% deposit upon ordering
Balance upon arrival plus shipping to your address
Rush or Super Rush full cost of dresses, and special order prices for rush and super rush plus shipping.
GST and HST will be applied for all provinces.

Samples to try on will be sent at full cost of dress plus shipping cost. After orders placed sample price will be applied to new orders less shipping costs.

Samples must be returned whether order or not.

If order is placed with other stores; no refund of cost of sample.

Customer must returned sample at their cost.

Customers will be responsible for every lost sales for keeping samples

Custom Order

50% upon agreement of the custom design & 50% due at last fitting.

All dresses are checked by manufacturers and Oohlaladivas before delivery.

We Will not be responsible for damage of dress by customer

Samples cannot be tried on and purchased at other stores.

Fee of 50.00 for each samples to purchase elsewhere

Information is shared electronically by suppliers of dresses ordered.
